For builders, trades, landlords and DIY renovations
Rubble, plasterboard, old kitchens, timber offcuts and packaging. Renovation waste piles up fast, and a skip isn’t always the answer. We collect builders’ waste from sites, driveways and back gardens across Kent, load it ourselves and give you a waste transfer note for your records. Trades can book us as a regular collection between phases.
Send us a photo and your postcode. We usually reply within the hour during working hours.
Quick answer
Book a licensed waste carrier to collect it, often called a grab or man-and-van clearance. They load the waste for you, so nothing sits on the road and there’s no skip permit. Kent tips treat rubble and plasterboard as DIY waste, with tight limits: 4 visits in 4 weeks, and £7.50 per sheet or bag of plasterboard over the limit. Trade waste is refused altogether. For tradespeople, a licensed collector is the legal way to move waste off site.
Bricks, concrete, tiles and broken paving, bagged on site and loaded by our team.
Kept separate from other waste, as gypsum must not be mixed with biodegradable waste in landfill.
Old joists, floorboards, doors, skirting and pallets, sent for wood recycling.
Units, worktops, baths, toilets, basins and tiles from refits.
Cardboard, plastic wrap, empty (dry) tins and general site waste.
A final sweep-up so the client sees a clean site at handover.
If you produce waste on a job, you’re responsible for it until it reaches a legal site. That’s your duty of care under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. In practice, that means:
Kent tips won’t accept trade waste, and fly-tipped waste traced back to a job can mean a fine for the contractor and the householder. Every collection we do comes with a waste transfer note.

FAQs
It’s priced by volume and weight. Rubble and soil are heavy, so a van load costs more than a van of timber or packaging. Send photos and an idea of the quantity for a fixed price.
Yes. We keep it separate from other waste, because plasterboard (gypsum) shouldn’t be mixed with general waste going to landfill.
Yes, for every collection. Trades and landlords can keep them as proof of legal disposal.
Yes. Many builders book us at the end of each phase, after strip-out, first fix and at handover, so there’s no need for a skip on site.
Only small amounts of DIY waste from your own home, within the limits. Trade waste isn’t accepted at Kent tips.
Asbestos, liquid paint, solvents, gas bottles and contaminated soil need a specialist contractor.
Send photos of the waste and your site postcode. We’ll reply with a fixed price and the earliest slot.
